Provided comprehensive training and successfully collaborated with clients and hospital HR leaders to transition from a paper-based system to a technologically advanced Peoplesoft HCM 9.2 HRIS system, impacting 15,000+ employees system-wide.
DEPARTMENT OF ARMY TRANSITION FOR DEPLOYED SOLDIERS INTO CLINICS
Supported the Department of Army in the Chemical Warfare Agent Investigation by recreating the workflows and processes for their initiative that would bring in several deployed military soldiers from Afghanistan between 2007-2013 upon returning to be connected, evaluated, and placed within one of the DOD’s various clinics.
Designed and implemented the "HandShake Agreement" system, fostering enhanced communication and connectivity between over 30 employees and their managers. This initiative not only promotes more productive relationships but also establishes a secure environment, resulting in increased effectiveness and overall productivity.

RESOLVED MORALE ISSUE AMONGST TEAM WITH EQ COACHING PROGRAM (MANAGER-EMPLOYEE CONFLICTS)
